PROPOSED CITY CHARTER AMENDMENT

Authorizing Council to Appoint a Canvassing Board or Use Pinellas County's Canvassing Board
Shall the Charter, pursuant to Ordinance 2008-20, be amended to provide that in lieu of the Council serving as the Canvassing Board, it may appoint a Board which would consist of (1) five Qualified Electors of the City or (2) Qualified Electors of the City and one or more members of the council, the total of which shall be five persons, or (3) the Pinellas County Canvassing Board to canvass returns of City elections?
